8. Property Images, People and Drone Photography
Real estate photography involves images of homes and workplaces, and sometimes the people in them, so this section sets out how we handle them.
• The images, floor plans and staged images we produce are licensed to the client who engaged us, for marketing the property as agreed. Usage rights are confirmed in your quote or service arrangement.
• We photograph properties, not people. Where an agent, owner, tenant or occupant is present, we will avoid including them in images wherever practical, and we will only use an image that identifies a person with their consent.
• Aerial photography may incidentally capture neighbouring properties. We keep these to the minimum needed to show the property in context and we do not use aerial imagery to identify or monitor individuals.
• We ask for your explicit consent before using any client images for our portfolio, website or marketing, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
• Virtual staging images are digitally altered and are supplied for marketing purposes only.
9. Accessing and Correcting Your Information
