The property address, the type of property, the services you want and your ideal shoot date are enough to get started. If you have a listing deadline, mention it and I will plan the delivery around it.

How far ahead should I book the shoot?
Booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead gives the best choice of dates, though I can often fit in shorter notice for urgent listings. Photos are delivered within 12 to 24 hours of the shoot, and virtual staging within 48 hours.
Which areas do you cover?
Brisbane and surrounding suburbs are the primary service area, with the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan and Toowoomba covered regularly. Travel is available throughout South East Queensland, with pricing adjusted for distance.
